Hi, I’m Gaby! I’m a mum, personal trainer, pre/post-natal specialist, with 10 years of experience.
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I grew up active and into sports, then spent 10 years as a professional dancer. That experience naturally led me to teaching group fitness classes and becoming a personal trainer, and I’ve never looked back.
Since becoming a mum, I’ve realized just how fast the day flies by. Taking care of myself has become essential, not just for me but to show up as my best for my family and my business. But I also know how hard it can be to carve out time when life feels non stop. As a busy working mum, I completely understand the struggle.
Time may be limited, but your goals don’t have to be.
That’s why I’m here to help women feel strong, confident, and healthy in a way that’s flexible, sustainable, and fits into REAL life. Whether you want to get stronger, lose fat, or simply feel good again, I’ll help you set realistic goals and create lasting changes that actually work for you.

You’ll get the right balance of calories, macros, and meal ideas to help you feel nourished and satisfied. And if calorie counting isn’t your thing, no worries I’ll show you how to eat in a way that fits into your life and supports your goals.

We’ll check in each week to see how things are going, give feedback, and make sure you’re staying on track. This is where I will help you with any challenges.
✔ Private whatsapp group for support & motivation
You’ll be part of a group chat with others who are on the same journey. Share wins, ask questions, and keep each other motivated along the way.

✔ 6 week home ( bodyweight, dumbbell only or gym training plan
You will receive 3 day structured workout program, which can be done in the gym or at home. You will have 1 cardio day of your choice which is optional.
✔ Access to the Coaching App
This is where we’ll track your progress store your program and recipies. Each exercise includes a video demonstration to show you exactly how to perform it correctly. You can also message me directly with your questions and share videos for feedback!
