Hi, I’m Gaby! I’m a mum, personal trainer, pre/post-natal specialist, with 10 years of experience.
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I grew up active and into sports, then spent 10 years as a professional dancer. That experience naturally led me to teaching group fitness classes and becoming a personal trainer, and I’ve never looked back.
Since becoming a mum, I’ve realized just how fast the day flies by. Taking care of myself has become essential, not just for me but to show up as my best for my family and my business. But I also know how hard it can be to carve out time when life feels non stop. As a busy working mum, I completely understand the struggle.
Time may be limited, but your goals don’t have to be.
That’s why I’m here to help women feel strong, confident, and healthy in a way that’s flexible, sustainable, and fits into REAL life. Whether you want to get stronger, lose fat, or simply feel good again, I’ll help you set realistic goals and create lasting changes that actually work for you.

I’ll teach you how to lift safely, eat better, and fuel your body in a way that works for you. With regular check-ins, progress tracking, and adjustments, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
You’ll also join a community of like minded women, sharing wins and supporting each other along the journey.
INITIAL CONSULTATION - This is where we will be discussing your exercise history, nutritional preferences, your goals, what you're currently struggling with and what you'd like to get out of this programme.
TRAINING PROGRAM- The perfect training plan is one that fits your lifestyle and is something you enjoy. I’ll create a personalized program tailored to your goals and the way you live.
NUTRITION- I won’t give you a meal plan. Instead, we’ll work together to create something realistic, sustainable, and based on the foods you already love and eat every day. You’ll learn about nutrition and the importance of fuelling your body, helping you build healthy habits and make confident choices for life, all without giving up the foods you enjoy
ACCOUNTABILITY- Accountability is often the missing piece in fitness journeys, and having someone to guide you through the areas that need extra attention makes all the difference. With weekly check-ins and WhatsApp support, you’ll have everything you need to stay on track and feel supported every step of the way.
